74-inch diameter 2-bladed aluminum hub propeller with aluminum, blended airfoil “Scimitar” blades.
Longer Time between Overhauls 2400 hour / 6 year TBO. These propellers have new B suffix serial number hubs with no A.D.’s

The cost of a new hub is nearly $4000.00 each coupled with the overhaul ranging from $2000-4000. for each current old style propeller + any major parts that may be needed.

The cost of the new Stc kit starts around $19,000 total with acceptable trade-in of old propellers. The Stc Kit includes 2 Factory new Scimitar Propellers, 2 New Polished Spinner assemblies, and the Necessary Stc Paperwork. Installation is simple removal and installation of STC, ranging from 2-4 hours of shop labor.
